Assertive Mentoring

Eamonn Farrar is the Chief Executive of Hurworth Comprehensive School in Darlington. He and the Head Teacher, Dean Judson, developed the school’s unique mentoring systems which transformed a low performing school in the mid 1990s, into one of today’s top performers nationally.
