HURWORTH’S SUPPORT OFFERING
We will support you to customise and implement Hurworth’s nationally acclaimed Assertive Mentoring (AM) systems, so that they have the same impact in your school as they have in Hurworth. By:
- Developing with you a personalised plan to implement AM in your school
- Training your staff in AM: setting students aspirational targets; using data to accurately track their progress; effective mentoring and use of interventions to break down barriers to learning; conquering laddishness
- Implementing effective checking systems to ensure success
- And much more besides

PRICING POLICY
1) Single school work
Our training/consultation fee for schools is £65pp for the first 30 delegates (minimum chargeable 30). Additional delegates over 30 will be charged at £25pp. Plus costs of travel and accommodation.
2) Multi school events
Our training fee for multi school/LA events, where the organisation/venue etc...is already provided, is £195pp for the first delegate (minimum chargeable 30) and £95 for additional delegates from the same school. Plus costs of travel and accommodation.
